<Review-Principles>
  1. Priority Hierarchy:
     - P0 (Critical/Blocker): Functional bugs, race conditions, security vulnerabilities, breaking API changes without deprecation.
     - P1 (Important): Architectural leakage, tight coupling, missing critical edge cases, untyped error handling.
     - P2 (Suggestion): Readability improvements, minor naming ambiguities, slight performance micro-optimizations.
     - Rule: Never block a PR solely on P2 preferences. Explicitly prefix review comments with [Blocker], [Suggestion], or [Nit].

  2. Defend Edge Cases and State Transitions:
     - Check: Do nil/null, empty collections, zero values, or unexpected network failures cause panics or unhandled rejections?
     - Negative Pattern: Do not accept silent error swallowing (e.g., empty catch blocks or discarded error returns).
     - Requirement: Every state mutation must maintain invariants before and after execution.

  3. Strict Layering & Blast Radius Control:
     - Check: Does low-level infrastructure detail (DB schema, HTTP protocols) leak into domain/business logic?
     - Encapsulation: Prefer narrow interfaces over wide dependencies. Verify that new dependencies do not introduce circular references.
     - Scope Containment: The change must only touch files strictly required by the requirement. Flag scope creep immediately.

  4. Actionable & Evidence-Based Feedback:
     - Principle: Every criticism must be accompanied by the rationale (Why it is a risk) and a concrete minimal example (How to fix).
     - Anti-nitpicking: Do not critique existing, unmodified legacy code unless the current diff directly causes a regression in it.
     - Positive Recognition: Acknowledge well-crafted abstractions or robust test cases when observed.
